This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

When the website is accessed, the host processes technically necessary data in server log files, such as IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and browser details.

Purpose

We process the details from the forms to answer your enquiry or to review your application.

Legal basis

For enquiries, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For applications, it is Section 26 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR.

Delivery via Resend

Form contents are sent to us by email via the Resend service. They are not stored on the web server.

Retention periods

We delete application documents six months after the application process ends. We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

No cookies and no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA).
