- Building management Ongoing management of your building in operation. From coordinating service providers to inspecting technical systems and spaces.
- Caretaker service Caretakers for residential complexes and commercial properties who handle small tasks, report defects and are available on site.
- Building inspections Inspections of your building for damage, defects and open access points. Documented with timestamp and photo.
- Technical building inspections Inspection of heating, ventilation, lighting and other building services for faults. Reported to you or the responsible contractor.
- Cleaning Regular and special cleaning of offices, stairwells and communal areas. Matched to the use and hours of your property.
- Grounds inspection Inspection of paths, fences, gates and lighting on the grounds. With documented defects passed on to those responsible.
- Winter services Snow clearing and gritting of paths, driveways and car parks in winter, so your property stays safe to walk and drive on.
- Waste management Organisation of bin placement, waste separation and collection, so bins are out on time and areas stay clean.
- Minor repairs Minor repairs to light fittings, door closers and fittings. We fix small defects before they cause damage.
- Handover & takeover inspections Support at handovers and takeovers of flats, spaces and buildings. With a report, photos and meter readings.
- Vacant property management Care of vacant properties with inspections, airing, post checks and minor works, so the property stays in order until it is used again.
- Locking rounds Locking rounds at set times in which doors, gates and windows are locked and checked. For commercial properties and residential complexes.
- Coordination of external contractors Management of tradespeople and specialist contractors at your property. From scheduling and on-site supervision to final acceptance.
